The Board of Studies NSW is committed to complying with the provisions of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) when providing our services to you, including information provided to you through our website. It is important to us that our website is easy for you (and all website visitors) to access and use effectively.

The Board is also concerned to ensure that it complies with the recently released circular of the NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet, C2012-08 NSW Government Website Management, which requires all NSW government websites to comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) by 31 December 2012.

We are currently undertaking a thorough audit of our website content. We will consider WCAG 2.0 compliance of our website content in a staged approach by prioritising areas according to the nature of material and its level of traffic.

We will keep you informed with regular updates on our progress towards WCAG 2.0 compliance as well as our online action management plan.

If you have any difficulties using our website, or any questions or comments about our approach to WCAG 2.0 compliance, please contact the Web Administrator:
