NSW Primary Curriculum Foundation Statements are a response to the recommendations of the Eltis evaluation and the following public consultation. Foundation Statements are short, clear descriptions of the knowledge and skills that each student should develop at each stage of primary school. They answer the question 'What must be taught?' in all schools. Click here to view Foundation Statements.

The Assessment Resource Centre is a "one-stop-shop" for Board of Studies assessment resources from K-12. Support for the new Years 7-10 syllabuses and School Certificate is a key feature. Work samples are presented for Stage 5 courses to assist teachers in applying the standards.

Also, The Course Performance Descriptors to be used for the 2006 School Certificate are now available for all Stage 5 courses.
