Amy Spira
Amy Spira Since commencing piano lessons at the age of six, Amy’s love of music has led her to study the French horn, flute and piccolo as well. She has performed in various ensembles, travelling to the United States with the school wind ensemble. In 2001 she was the school’s music convenor. Amy studied Music 2 and Music Extension for her Higher School Certificate. Her compositions were also nominated for the Encore concert. Amy hopes to continue performing, composing and enjoying music throughout her life. Amy is accompanied by Peter Eagling (bass clarinet), Adam Haber (oboe), Steven Meyer (flute) and Chris Wallace (Bb clarinet).
