Laura Cockerill
St Vincent’s College, Potts Point
Laura has studied singing with Danielle Gaha since she was five and has been performing as a singer and dancer since that time. She has performed at Carols in the Domain, the Mo Awards, the opening of the Westmead Children’s Hospital and a range of corporate functions. In 2000, Laura was both Age Champion and Open Age Champion for ‘Song and Dance’ at the Warringah Eisteddfod. She is currently performing at venues in Sydney as the lead vocalist of a band and is a passionate songwriter. Continuing to develop her abilities on piano and guitar, Laura hopes to become a professional entertainer and would love to release an album. She is accompanied by Jonathan Pease (guitar), Alex Hewetson (bass), and Cameron Gregory (drums).
