Tess Hathaway
Kiama High School
Tess has been song writing since she was ten but has only been singing for the past four years. She has performed as a soloist at the Sydney Opera House Choral and Instrumental Concerts (2002, 2003, 2004) and toured as the support act for Tim Freedman on his 2004 Australian Tour. In 2005 Tess is commencing a Bachelor of Contemporary Music at Southern Cross University and would love to become a professional singer/songwriter. She has been singing with the Kiama Vocal Group (her accompanists) for four years and says they are ‘like a family’. ENCORE will be the last time the ensemble will sing together. Her Music teacher Terry Wild arranged the piece and ‘taught us everything we know’.
