Vanessa Rowe

Vanessa plays both the piano and violin. She has attained AMEB Grade 7 in piano, and after picking up the violin in high school as a second instrument has also achieved AMEB Grade 6 in Musicianship with Honours. Vanessa loves to perform and has played at a variety of school functions as well as a number of weddings as part of a small ensemble. She hopes to study Law and/or Media Communications whilst pursuing music as a hobby. Her composition combines the style of Ravel’s string quartet with the folksongs of R.Vaughn Williams and George Butterworth. It is performed by David Cochrane (voice), Nicole Dobosi (cello), Laura McCrow (viola), Narine Melconian (2nd violin), and Dominique Vuerboif (1st violin).
