Jiajing Wang

Having studied the violin from the age of four, Jiajing gave her first performance when she was six. Aged eight, she won a Chinese National Competition. Jiajing studied at the Shanghai Conservatory and has given recitals with orchestras in Canada, Poland, USA, Russia, China and Australia. In 2002 she had a master class with Itzhak Perlman and in 2004 she won third prize in the Russian Novosibirsk International Violin Competition. She is accompanied by Phillip Shovk on piano.
