‘Chrysalis’ – garments

Victoria wanted to become the first HSC student to be selected to exhibit her work in the annual Art to wear exhibition. She designed a strapless dress with an embroidered overlay and silk coat, and matching accessories. Making the outfit extended Victoria’s skills in machine embroidery and her knowledge of fabrics. Victoria enjoyed the Design and Technology subject and being able to express her creativity. She is thinking of a career in either fashion, interior or graphic design.
