FORMAT OF EXPORTED/IMPORTED TEXT FILES
The file form in Appendix 2 refers to the Windows version of Motorised Markbook v6.0. To import a list of student names into the Macintosh version the file must begin as follows. No end marker is required.

Test names can only show 7 characters per line. Three lines are
available for Test names (shown as Test1a and Test1b above). If
these spaces are not used, note that the tabs between tests are
still required on that line.
