Hospitality Curriculum Framework – Stage 6 Syllabus Part B
As a result of a new version of the Training Package (SIT07v2.3), the following changes apply for implementation with Year 11 students from 2012:

- Develop and update hospitality industry knowledge (SITHIND001B replaces SITHIND001A) – substantial changes to unit of competency and HSC requirements and advice
Commercial Cookery stream
- Organise and prepare food (SITHCCC001B replaces SITHCCC001A) – substantial changes to unit of competency and HSC requirements and advice
- Clean and maintain kitchen premises (SITHCCC004B replaces SITHCCC004A) – changes to unit of competency and HSC requirements and advice
Food and Beverage stream
