Mini Tests (download ZIP'd folder) and Install Instructions (MS Word) To unZIP you will need WinZip or Aladdin Systems Expander. NOTE: To access these mini tests you will need to have Macromedia Flash Player 5 or 6 installed on your computer. The questions in these mini tests have been taken from the computing skills tests trialled in 2001 and 2002. They have been grouped according to computing skills. The items include Matching exercises, True/False and Multiple-choice questions.
As these tests ‘self-mark’, students can check their understanding by comparing their answers to the answers provided. |
These activities, developed for a number of subject areas and which include cross curricula activities, aim to provide teachers with models for activities that could be used in a lesson(s) within a subject. A number of the activities have been designed to be used as tutorial exercises to help students become familiar with specific applications. The exercises could be used a pre-tests before other more independent activities are undertaken. While each activity has been designed with a specific subject in mind, teachers will find that many activities can be modified to suit other subject areas and syllabus content.
