Schools Online
Schools Online is a service that allows School Principals and selected staff to view and maintain information held by the Board about their school and students. To ensure security and confidentiality a user id and secret PIN are required to access the site.
How do I get a user Id and PIN?
If you are a Principal then call Examinations Branch on (02) 9367
8275 who will send you an application form. If you are a Staff member your
Principal can set up an account for you using Schools Online.

Students Online
Students Online is a service that allows you to view and change information held by the Board about your HSC enrolment. To ensure security and confidentiality, a PIN is required in addition to your student number to access the site.
How do I get a PIN?
You will be notified of your PIN by mail.
Markers Online
Markers Online is a service that allows School Certificate and Higher School Certificate marking applicants to apply online and maintain personal details.
How do I get a PIN?
Applicants from the previous year will
be notified of their PIN by mail.
How do new applicants apply online?
There is a link on the log-in page to obtain
a registration form. Applicants will need to download,
print and complete this form, which must be signed by
their Principal.The form should then be faxed to Marker
Support Unit at the Office of the Board of Studies. Once
registration forms are processed, applicants will be
sent a marker number and PIN number to enable them to
apply online.
VCS Online
VCS online is a service that allows education systems to view entry and completion information held by the Board about VET in Schools programs. To ensure security and confidentiality a user id and secret PIN are required to access the site.
How do I get a user Id and PIN?
Only the official representative of the education systems can access this service
RTOs Online
RTOs online is a service that allows Registered Training Organisations to view entry and completion information held by the Board about VET in Schools programs managed by the RTO. To ensure security and confidentiality a user id and secret PIN are required to access the site.

Authorities Online
Authorities Online is a service that allows Education Authorities and Systems to view entry and statistical information held by the Board about schools under their management. To ensure security and confidentiality a user id and secret PIN are required to access the site.
How do I get a user Id and PIN?

form.
Shop Online
The Office of the Board of Studies NSW has about 600 different educational products available for purchase. If you have an account with the Office of the Board of Studies NSW, you may order directly through our Shop Online. If you do not have an account, you may select the items you wish to purchase and print an order form to fax to the Board.
RANGS Online
The Board of Studies is responsible for providing advice and making recommendations to the Minister for Education and Training about the registration of non-government schools and for making decisions about the accreditation of non-government schools to present candidates for the School Certificate and Higher School Certificate.
Registered and accredited non-government schools, and registration systems, must abide by the Education Act 1990.
