Terms used in the table

The table includes the following terms:

accreditation is approval for a secondary school to present candidates for the RoSA and/or HSC
boarding - the school has approved boarding facilities
campus - an additional site where a school is registered to operate
distance education - the school is approved to deliver courses by distance education
registration is a non-government school's licence to operate
school of a kind - schools that are registered to deliver education to students with special education needs or children of foreign nationals.
Special School - the school caters for students with a disability
Special Assistance School - the school primarily caters for students with social, emotional or behavioural difficulties
Years of schooling - identifies the Years (Kindergarten to Year 12) in which the school may enrol students.
