Analyses representations of data and makes predictions, inferences and conclusions. Constructs and uses diagrams to solve mathematical problems in familiar and unfamiliar contexts. Makes and justifies informed decisions about financial situations based on appropriate models. Carries out statistical processes to analyse, interpret and compare data. Solves problems involving uncertainty using the basic principles of probability.

Recognises the language of probability.
