K–6 syllabuses and resources

Schools in New South Wales use the K–6 syllabuses listed below.

BOSTES has developed new NSW K–10 syllabuses for English, Mathematics, Science (including Science and Technology K–6), History and Geography. Phased implementation of the new syllabuses began in 2014.

The new syllabuses are available in an interactive format on the New NSW syllabuses website, which allows filtering, searching and viewing by stage and subject. Primary teachers will also find a range of support materials, including the online programming tool Program Builder, to assist with implementation of the new syllabuses.
