Programming and Assessment in Music 7-10

The CD-ROM includes fifteen units of work for Stages 4 and 5 that were developed and trialled by teachers in representative schools across New South Wales. Teachers collected and annotated student work samples in Listening, Performing and Composing that are representative of the outcomes for Stages 4 and 5. These units of work do not constitute a program as such, but provide examples of approaches to programming in Music over a 5 week period within a particular school setting. It is intended that they assist teachers in developing their own school-based teaching/learning programs for Music.
